- Typical turnaround is 4–5 weeks from the time your order is placed. After ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your exact production and mailing schedule.
- How do I know when my mailer has gone out?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from [email protected] with the subject line “MAILING CONFIRMATION.” This confirms that your campaign has entered the postal system.
- How is the landing page built?
- Our team builds your custom landing page directly on your existing website or platform. You’ll just need to provide temporary back-end access. Once complete, the page remains part of your site for future use and ownership.
- How is the tracking number handled?
